General Warranty

International limited warranty of 1/2/3/5/10 years

We guarantee that, on delivery, all our products are free from defects in material and other workmanship.

In its sole discretion, our company will repair or replace any defective product free of charge for a period of 2/5 years from the date of purchase, unless the defect is the result of negligence or misuse of the product. from the consumer, or even from a use other than that for which the product was designed.

Our company may require proof of purchase before proceeding to compensation.

Except as provided above, our company makes no other warranties, express or implied.

The repair or replacement of a product purchased from us is the only claim that can be claimed by the consumer.

Whatever the event or situation, the exclusive liability assumed by our company vis-à-vis its customers is limited to an amount equivalent to direct damage established or an amount equal to the purchase price of the product (retaining always the lowest amount).

Our company can in no way be held responsible for any incidental, direct or indirect damage (including any loss of profit or loss of economy) suffered or occasioned by the use of the product.
