The ErgonoFlex Medical Arms Advantages

1. Field of Application

From the beginning the ErgonoFlex product has been intended to find its application in hospitals and clinics as well as medical environments. Therefore high priority has been set upon hygienic aspects – a priority which resulted in an easy-to-clean surface with antibacterial powder-coat and integrated cable management.

2. Wall Channel, Pole, Din Rail Mount

ErgonoFlex offers a wall channel, a Pole clamp or a Din Rail Clamp Mount in which the arms are led.

With the ErgonoFlex adapter force and moment of the arm are transmitted via the adapter into the wall channel trought from closure. The M 6 allen screws pushing against the wall channel are supposed to prevent the adapter from slipping out the wall channel and to avoid distortion of the adapter within the wall channel. The ErgonoFlex arm can be easily moved up and down the wall channel by only loosing the M 6 allen screws.

3. Gas Spring “sTs Technology”

The gas spring “sTs Technology” which is used with the ErgonoFlex arms is slowly flowing. This means the the arm does not shoot up with force when the device is removed, but goes up slowly which is important to reduce the danger for people.
